Read my Staff SpotlightYou’ve had your lightbulb moment, you’re ready to launch your new venture, now all you need is someone to incorporate your limited company for you.
If you haven't already registered with Companies House we can register your limited company for you, saving you up to £180!
We’ll help you form your new company and guide you through the process of setting everything up, such as appointing directors and shareholders, and completing SH01 forms. All you’ll need to do is sign up for our limited company accountancy services and stay with us for 12 months, so we can complete your first year's accounts.
Every business is different, so the services you need might vary. In most cases your company must submit year end accounts and a Confirmation Statement to Companies House, as well as a Company Tax Return to HMRC so they know how much Corporation Tax you owe, which is why we include these as standard.
Some company directors are also shareholders, and will pay themselves a salary topped up with dividends from the company’s profits. Dividend income isn’t taxed at source so it needs to be reported separately to HMRC with a Self Assessment tax return. You can add Self Assessment tax returns for £10.00 + VAT per month for the first 2 directors (and then £10.00 + VAT per director after that).
Moving your limited company to a new accountant shouldn't give you sleepless nights! If you're already working with another provider, we'll manage the entire transition for you and your business.
You won't need to worry about giving them notice, or collecting the right documents. We'll contact your previous accountant to request all the information we need (a process known as professional clearance), and let HMRC know that we're now acting on your behalf.

You’ll have your own assigned accountant who will go through all the options available, and what these might mean depending on your own unique circumstances. We also have more information in our collection of guides and resources for limited companies.
Yes, any payroll services you request will be charged separately to your standard accountancy fees. We do it like this because not every company will require payroll, so we provide it as an additional service rather than bundling everything up into a more expensive package.
You’ll have unlimited support from your assigned accountant when you need it. You can talk to them via phone, email, or with a video call.
It’s not mandatory, and you’re allowed to take care of everything yourself if you prefer to. That said, running a limited company and being a director and shareholder comes with all sorts of legal responsibilities, tax obligations, and reporting rules.
It can be a lot to manage, so having an accountant can make life much easier. They’ll help you be as tax efficient as possible, comply with all the rules and deadlines, and be available when you need guidance.
Some companies do need to be audited, but there are exemptions to this. Companies with a turnover of less than £10.2 million, a balance sheet below £5.1 million, or fewer than 50 employees are generally exempt.
Yes, of course! The incorporation costs are included if you need us to set the company up, but we can look after your accounts whether your company has been going for a while, or you’ve only just started.
Yes, we can look after your dormant company accounts for you. The charge for this is £10.00 + VAT per month, and does not include Self Assessment tax returns.
As well as sharing documents with your accountant and monitoring deadlines in your timeline, you can use your Client Hub account to manage the services you’re currently subscribed to.
